The first MediScan Alumni Travelling seminar on Obstetric ultrasound and foetal medicine was organised by Karthik Ultrasound Scan Centre, at JSS auditorium, Bangalore on November 11th, 2012.
The organisers were Dr.Parimala Devi, Dr. Chitra Ganesh and Dr. Savitha Shirodkar – all alumni of MAA who together reiterated the objectives of the association in spreading the motto of Mediscan “Learn, Teach and Serve“. Other significant presenters and participants were Prof. S. Suresh, Dr. Ramamurthy, Dr. Priti Venkatesh, Dr. Hema Divakar, Dr. Phani Madhuri, Dr. Indrani Suresh, Dr. Shanthi Sairam, Dr. Sujatha Jagadeesh, Dr. Leela Shankar, Dr. Latha Venkatram , Dr. Chitra Ganesh and Dr. Latha Natarajan. Each of them an alumnus of Mediscan enlightened the audience on their areas of specialisation. The Mediscan Alumni association has grown from strength to strength, and is living up to its primary objective of helping its Alma Mater to extend the best ultra sound scanning services to all those who need them.
